Nigel began his career at Ernst & Young before founding and selling his own software business. Since then, he has invested in and helped grow two further businesses, bringing a strong focus on strategy and execution to Numo.

Jim brings more than 30 years’ experience helping technology businesses develop and deliver effective sales strategies. Having run his own consultancy since 2003, he combines strategic insight with a practical approach to growth and sales performance at Numo.

Caroline is a results driven marketing leader with more than 25 years’ experience in technology and business services. She has played a key role in driving growth through lead generation and pipeline building and is looking forward to driving the Marketing Strategy and growth trajectory at Numo.

Matt brings extensive ERP implementation experience, helping clients streamline processes and get more value from their systems. Combining technical expertise with a client-focused approach, he delivers practical solutions aligned with strategic business goals at Numo.

With a strong focus on ERP delivery, Alex supports both new and existing clients in implementing and optimising iplicit. He manages the full project lifecycle, from sandbox configuration and solution design through to user training and ongoing system support.

Tom focuses on building strong relationships and understanding what matters to our clients. With over a decade spent building his network in the finance market, Tom brings a straightforward, personal approach to every conversation.
